Why can't I find your phone number?
- To start with, we are not publishing a phone number as it is our first priority is to assist all those ex customers of Missing Pets Bureau and get them registered so their pets are protected.
- We are not government funded and are heavily cross-subsidising our services so you benefit
- Many of our advice services are free and we want to make sure we can maintain high service levels
- We have much demand for our services and we will introduce a phone number as soon as possible.

I want to cancel my membership - what do I do?
- Simply make a request via the Contact Us page on this website
- Remember to take off the Pets Bureau ID Tag's off your pet's collar and put
on its place properly maked identification tags. - It is a legal requirement for Dogs to wear a propely marked Pet ID Tag
I need a replacement Pet ID Tag for my existing registered pets - what do I do?

- Choose option "Order New ID Tag" - you need to login in to your account
- You will find the link to order an ID Tag in the pet's part of your membership
- No - all membership is currently free and is automatically renewed on an annual basis
- All we ask members to do is to periodically confirm a minimum of once a year that they want
to continue their free membership and for members to keep their information up to date. - If membership is not confirmed once a year then we reserve the right to cancel membership
- We may at some future date include some optional chargeable services or higher levels of membership.
- Don't worry so long as you have a credit or debit card, you can automatically set up a
new account within minutes and this is a really secure method of payment. - If you do not have a credit or debit card - please ask someone else to pay on your behalf
- We do not store any of your payment details on our system
- We regret we can no longer take cheques or postal orders due to the excessive charges applied by most banks
- Please log into membership part of the system in the normal way
- You can then remove details of the pet that has died and enter new details as appropriate
- Remember you still benefit from the other services free of charge and can get cashbacks or discounts.
