  • Go to Free Membership
  • Either choose Join Now or Maintain Membership
  • Login using your email address and password
  • You can now amend your details
  • If you have forgotten your password you can request an email reminder

I can't see to get into my account - it says that my email address is "already registered"

  • If you think you have already created an account then choose "forgotton password" option
  • Complete the info and you will receive a password reminder
  • If you have not registered previously then use use another email address as a log on

I have forgotton my login and password - what should I do?
  • Go to the Contact Us page and send us a message with your full names and address, plus your date of birth and your pet names if appropriate.
  • We will then help you reset the account.
  • We regret we can only do this during business hours and allow 1 business day to complete the process.
