- Go direct to www.consumersavingsbureau.co.uk
- Go to Free Membership
- Either choose Join Now or Maintain Membership
- Login using your email address and password
- You can now amend your details
- If you have forgotten your password you can request an email reminder
- Follow the steps above
- Try a different Web Browser
- Try a different computer
- Note: If you are using your computer at work, then
security setting on the PC may be preventing access
I can't see to get into my account - it says that my email address is "already registered"
- If you think you have already created an account then choose "forgotton password" option
- Complete the info and you will receive a password reminder
- If you have not registered previously then use use another email address as a log on
I have forgotton my login and password - what should I do?
- Go to the Contact Us page and send us a message with your full names and address, plus your date of birth and your pet names if appropriate.
- We will then help you reset the account.
- We regret we can only do this during business hours and allow 1 business day to complete the process.
