Why was Consumer Savings Bureau formed?

This service from Consumer Savings Bureau was formed because it became apparent that members were becoming increasingly concerned about their bills and job security. 

Based on a survey of over 5,000 people, the following seem to be of the biggest concern:-

• Unfair bank charges
  
  
• Ability to pay Credit Card debt or Loans
  
  
• Keeping pets and children safe
